Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PACK "N" D FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED ("PACKnD", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

PACKnD provides customized tiffin service and meal subscription plans with the following features:

• Customized Meal Options: Dal-chawal with 3-4 vegetable side options, giving you the freedom to choose
• One-Time Use Disposables: We maintain hygiene with single-use disposable containers only
• No Hidden Costs: Transparent pricing with no extra consultation fees or hidden charges
• Sweet Treat: Every tiffin box includes complimentary sweets
• Meal Plan Options: Available in Mini Meal (₹60), Medium Meal (₹80), and Full Meal (₹120)
• Institutional Catering: Services for schools, colleges, hostels, PGs, offices, and industries

Orders and Subscriptions

When placing an order or subscribing to our meal plans:

• Individual Meals: Available at ₹60/- (Mini Meal: 3 Roti, 1 Sabji & Fresh Salad), ₹80/- (Medium Meal: 4 Rotis, 1 Sabji, Dal, Rice & Fresh Salad), or ₹120/- (Full Meal: 4 Rotis, 2 Sabjis, Dal, Rice, Sweet & Fresh Salad)
• Monthly Subscription Plans: Available in various packages including 30 Meals, 50 Meals, and 60 Meals with discounted rates
• Orders must be placed by the specified cut-off time to ensure timely delivery
• Subscription plans are subject to availability in your delivery area within Nashik
• We reserve the right to modify menu items based on ingredient availability and seasonal changes while maintaining the same meal structure

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Payment information is accurate and complete.
• Charges will be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or weekly basis as selected at the time of purchase.

Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver meals on time and in excellent condition. PACKnD is Nashik's first customized tiffin service.

• Service Area: Delivery is currently available within select areas of Nashik, Maharashtra
• Delivery Partners: We are available on Zomato and through our direct delivery service
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints
• Ensure a responsible person is available to receive deliveries at the specified address
• PACKnD is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Hygiene Standards: All meals are delivered in one-time use disposable containers to maintain hygiene

Food Safety and Allergens

We are committed to food safety and transparency:

• Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us before ordering.
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Nutritional information is approximate and may vary with ingredient substitutions.

Refunds and Cancellations

IMPORTANT: No Refunds Policy

PACKnD operates on a strict no-refund policy. Any balance or unused credits will be issued as coupons only, not as cash refunds.

• No Cash Refunds: All payments are final. Refunds will not be provided in cash under any circumstances.
• Balance as Coupons: Unused meal credits or subscription balances will be issued as coupons that can be redeemed for future orders.
• Quality Issues: If your meal does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at 993 993 4004 for a replacement or coupon credit.
• Subscription Pauses: Active subscriptions may be paused with 48 hours' notice, but unused meals will remain as coupon credits.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may qualify for coupon credit, not cash refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PACK "N" D FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACKnD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
